Using Yardi Voyager an industry-leading accounting and property management platform, we centralize operations, finances, and maintenance into a single online platform.

YARDI ELEVATE / PROCURE TO PAY

We streamline the invoice approval process, by digitizing and routing all invoices through dedicate workflows, ensuring consistent and accurate processing. AI supports data entry and validation, reducing errors and speeding up the process. All actions are logged ensuring complete transparency.

YARDI CONDO CAFE

Through our dedicated Strata Portal, residents can access strata documents, maintenance calendars, real-time statements of account, and convenience self-serve payment options (including credit card payments) helping reduce arrears.

YARDI CONCIERGE IQ

An add-on to Condo Café, Concierge IQ enables seamless end-to-end amenity room and guest suite bookings, elevator reservations, enterphone programming, and key/fob order requests. All payments, deposits, and waiver form signatures are collected at the time of booking, ensuring full oversight and complete transparency.

MONDAY.COM

Using Monday.com project management software, Agents track all ongoing building objectives and meeting directives, ensuring continuity of work regardless of vacations or absences. Automated reminders ensure adherence to deadlines, helping maintain a seamless workflow.

SLACK

Slack messaging helps foster our team-based approach to management. From internal communications to advice on complex operational issues to assistance with after-hours emergencies, team members draw on the expertise of the entire organization day or night.

AGENT CENTRAL

A custom-built SharePoint system automates record filing and document routing with task-based tracking and approvals. A vendor management feature ensures WCB and insurance compliance, with an internal rating and performance-based metrics system providing confidence that only the highest quality vendors are being recommended.

CLOUDS & VPNS

As a fully digital company, we utilize cloud storage, VOIP phones, and VPN network access. The services allow our team to work seamlessly from home or the office while providing our senior team with complete oversight.

SECURITY

All data is stored within Canada and encrypted at industry standards. Our network infrastructure is designed and managed by local professionals who continuously monitor it for threats and intrusions.

No two strata corporations are alike, but they are all bound by: The Strata Property Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Real Estate Services Act, and the ever-evolving Civil Resolution Tribunal/Supreme Court of BC decisions. As a management company, we have developed and regularly update our operating procedures ensuring that our clients comply with the individual acts and provisions.

All repetitive and standard administrative/accounting tasks have natural workflows, eliminating the need for council reminders or follow-ups. The process has allowed our strata councils to reduce their involvement in mundane activities, and focus on essential operational tasks, and unified long-term goal setting under the expert guidance of our Strata Agents.

We exclusively work with local, arms-length vendors and have built an extensive network of skilled contractors who understand the expectations of Strata Agents and their clients. All vendors are subject to rigorous screening protocols and ongoing performance reviews, ensuring that only the highest-quality vendors are recommended.

We strive to secure multiple bids for all projects and, where possible, leverage economies of scale to obtain competitive bulk pricing—delivering both value and assurance to our clients.

Warranty Claims

Clear communication and education are key to a smooth deficiency resolution process. We take an active role in helping owners and council members understand the Homeowner Protection Act (HPA), including its limits and exclusions.

Our team guides councils through the warranty claim process, ensuring timely submission of warranty reports, and resolution of warrantable deficiencies. Over the years, we have helped numerous clients better understand their coverages and secure necessary repairs.  

Emergency Response

We guarantee a 24/7, 15-minute response time to all building emergencies, provided by our local Strata Agents. The Agents are skilled at determining the severity of emergencies and dispatching the necessary vendors.

Using our Agent Central platform, building-specific trades are contacted every time. Through our internal Slack messaging, Agents are connected to the entire organization in real time, ensuring a coordinated and effective response.
